Exemplary

I chose to put this work into my E-portfolio because it shows the level at which I write at. It is one of the best pieces of work that I completed this year. I explored the depths of the fitness industry and how it affects the United States economy. After going into research I then used facts and statistics to form my own contemporary. One of the tools that I used was an interview with someone in this industry. I was able to use their view on the fitness industry to persuade people to think about it a certain way. This piece was fun to do and I did well on it.

Improvement

Although I am not the best math student, I wanted to use this piece show how my math skills have improved. I worked with two other student to complete this project. This project at first was uninteresting because it just involved bunch of numbers in order t find the carrying capacity of earth and how much time we had left with out growing population.  But after we solved all of the equations, then it just became about creating a story for the earth and its future. I also liked learning about the conditions at which earth stands and what we can do to change it.

My Choice

My last piece that I wanted to include was my social class diagram that I created for my capitalism class. I was really proud of this piece of work because I was able to use my artistry skills to create a beautiful painting that got me a really good grade. It depicts how the social class works so hard to become wealthy, but no matter how hard they try, its near impossible. Thats why the wealthy live on a cloud with nice cars and big mansions, and the working class are stuck on earth working in factories. I really enjoyed this project.

End Of Year Reflection:

This year was the most fun and the most eventful because I was not only able to find myself in the work that I did, but also in myself. I learned that if I put my best foot forward and I put in all of my effort, than I can achieve great things like getting into my first choice college. I was accepted into Ithaca and I could not be happier. But as I look back on my journey in high school, I can honestly say that although there have been mistakes, I am proud of the work that I have done, and who I became.
